Goal: 2 Large Event Rentals per month. <br />STYLE is open to meet changing needs in a flexible and effective manner. <br />• Phased-in approach to these goals. Weddings typically book 8 months to 16 Months in advance with <br />the busiest booking season being January through March. The busy season for hosting social and <br />corporate events in South Florida is October through May. Corporate events tend to have a much <br />shorter lead time. Time frame for achievement specified: By October, 2022 we expect to consistently <br />have 2 Large Event Rentals per month and slowly add additional events as the City of SIB sees fit. The <br />We will stive to achieve this goal while keeping in mind the Centers primary purpose of being a calm, <br />relaxing, and safe space for built specifically for the usage and enjoyment of residents. <br />6. COST OF SERVICES <br />a. Recommended compensation structure: <br />Compensation to Management firm and City of Sunny Isles Beach: 30%/70% split of Rental Revenue. <br />Excluding Security Deposit. <br />EG. Rates TBD, for example If Saturday night revenue is $4,500 Event Rental + Refundable $1,500 <br />Security Deposit, <br />Client pays Gateway Park $6,000. <br />Within 2 weeks post Event Date, Gateway returns $1,500 to the renter, provided the facility was left in <br />the same or better condition in which it was received. Repair Costs for damage caused by the event will <br />be deducted from the security deposit. Clients will be billed for damages in excess of the security <br />deposit. <br />Within 30 days of the Event, Gateway Park Pays STYLE Catering, Inc 30% of Revenue: $1,350 <br />Gateway Park Keeps, 70% of Rental Revenue: $3,150 <br />b. Gateway Center is expected to generate revenues from weddings, corporate events, <br />and other occasions, as well as other local events the proposer can market and <br />attract.
