This proposal acknowledges and includes Addendums 1 through 6 to the original RFP. <br /> <br />2. This proposal is firm for acceptance for thirty (30) calendar days of the proposal date. <br /> <br />3. This proposal is based on a fifty (50) hour work week, five (5) days per week, ten (10) <br />hours per day, per day per client’s schedule. ISG’s proposal is based upon mobilizing <br />and demobilizing as work is available. <br /> <br />4. All pricing and/or man-hour breakdown schedules included in this proposal are provided <br />for accounting purposes only. This information is not auditable or intended as a basis for <br />partial award. <br /> <br />5. This proposal is based upon current market conditions for labor and material. No <br />provisions have been included for escalation. Current material quotes are being held for <br />typical one (1) week timeframe. <br /> <br />6. Standby time/work stoppage due to owner’s direction shall be billed to the buyer’s <br />account on a cost reimbursable basis. <br /> <br />7. Provisions have been included for craft & staff per diem 2022. ISG reserves the right to <br />increase the labor rates should there be an unforeseen market shift (i.e., natural disasters, <br />force majeure, etc.). <br /> <br />8. ISG has included per diem in lump sum pricing as required for days worked. <br />Unless given 24 hour notice of city closure, client shutdowns, etc., ISG will bill client <br />additional per diem associated with craftsman who report to worksite on that day. <br /> <br />9. No provisions have been included for costs associated with acquisition of Federal, State, <br />and/or Local Permits. <br /> <br />10. No provisions have been included for costs associated with issuance of <br />payment/performance bonds. <br /> <br />11. Due to no mechanical schedule being provided at bid time, ISG cannot accept liability for <br />liquidated damages, and therefore, has made no provisions for such in ISG’s Lump Sum <br />pricing. <br /> <br />12. This proposal is subject to mutual agreement on the Terms and Conditions of a formal <br />contract prior to there being any binding obligation on the part of either party. <br />
