This proposal is based on the following: <br /> <br />Electrical <br /> <br />a. All owner furnished equipment being delivered to the site with any applicable <br />internal wiring and appurtenances pre-installed and tested (i.e. Network Racks) <br />b. Any existing materials (i.e.: conduit, cable tray, cable, wire, grounding, etc.) <br />that are being re-used shall be of sufficient length, quantity, and in good <br />working condition <br />c. Existing conduits are to be free of obstruction and damage with pull strings <br />pre-installed by others <br />d. Demolition as delineated on the drawings. All additional demolition, not shown <br />on the drawings, will be for the buyer’s account <br />e. Cable & conduit sizes, types, quantities and lengths provided in supplied <br />drawings and pricing sheet. Any conduit and wiring that may not be indicated on <br />the single line diagrams, schematics, or wiring diagrams is not included in our <br />proposal. <br /> <br />2. ISG has included provisions for mechanical excavation associated with below grade <br />electrical and instrument installations. No provisions have been included for the <br />following which may be encountered with these underground installations. If required, <br />they can be addressed on a Time and Materials basis: <br /> <br />a. Removal of unforeseen underground obstructions. <br />b. Removal of rock or caliche during excavation. <br />c. Testing, removal, and/or remediation of contaminated soil. <br />d. Soil compaction testing. <br />e. Off-site disposal of spoils. <br />f. Off-site water supply. <br />g. Remote dig hose in excess of twenty (20’) feet. <br />h. Supply, installation, and/or maintenance of an on-site spoils collection area. <br />i. Supply of new material for backfill. <br />j. Hydro Vac and/or Air Vac excavation. <br />k. Well Pointing <br />l. Removal of frozen soil during excavation. <br />m. Excavations deeper than four (4’) feet in depth. <br />n. Exploratory excavation to identify existing underground facilities. <br /> <br />3. This proposal makes no provisions for the following: <br /> <br />a. Start-up and commissioning.
