Steel supports, including welding, cutting and fitting <br /> <br />Unit Rate Section (Add these to either commercial or technical) <br /> <br />1. The unit rates cost are based on comments we have added to the pricing sheet rate <br />schedule. <br /> <br />2. The unit price schedule is included in our proposal; however, should the: <br /> <br />a. base man-hours increase more than ten (10%) percent <br />b. project duration is extended <br />c. Additional overtime is incurred due to schedule compression or additional scope <br /> <br />ISG reserves the right to renegotiate pricing to include increases associated with Time <br />Driven Overhead costs (Staffing, Equipment, and Facilities) and premium time adders. <br /> <br />3. ISG’s proposal is based on quantities being mutually agreed to by all parties based on <br />AFC drawings. If quantities cannot be mutually agreed upon and the contract is <br />administered as a purely unit rate contract, cost associated with the supply of additional <br />staff (i.e., quantity surveyors, clerks, field engineer, etc.) will be reimbursed to ISG. <br /> <br />4. Unit Rates are applicable to bulk installations consistent with new construction. Rates are <br />not applicable for work associated with the following: <br /> <br />a. Rework on vendor furnished equipment <br />b. Completion of vendor furnished equipment
