References <br />Each Proposer must submit at least two (2) references of Current and Past Customers, <br />within the last five (5) years of which they have provided services similar in scope and <br />size of those described herein. <br />■ Each Reference must be supplied on Client's Letterhead <br />o Answer: See enclosed <br />■ Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person and phone number. <br />o Answer: See enclosed <br />Local References are preferred. <br />6. Corporate Standing and Authorized Signatory <br />Respondent must demonstrate that the company is in good standing and that the person <br />signing this submittal is an Authorized Signatory on behalf of the respondent to sign bids, <br />proposals, negotiate and/or sign contracts, agreements, amendments and related <br />documents to which the respondent will be duly bound. The respondent must provide a <br />copy of the State Certificate of good standing listing the officers of the company. If the <br />signatory is not one of the officers listed on the State Certificate, the respondent must <br />provide one of the following forms of evidence of Signatory Authority with its response: <br />a. A copy of firm's Articles of Incorporation listing the approved signatories of the <br />corporation; <br />o Answer: See enclosed <br />b. A copy of a resolution listing the members of staff as authorized signatories for the <br />firm; and <br />o Answer: Not Applicable <br />c.
