The current land use of the <br />Subject Property is Low to Medium Density Residential and is to be amended to <br />Community Facilities: Regarding zoning, the current zoning of the Subject Property is <br />Moderate Density Townhome (R-TH) and is to be amended to Community Facilities. <br />The application, report, and analysis for the FLUMA and ZMA are attached for your <br />review.
