SEC <br />Construction Phase: <br />Engineering services during construction and construction observation services will be <br />performed on a periodic basis. A construction period of twelve (12) months is assumed <br />with both pump stations being constructed simultaneously by a single contractor. <br />1. Attend the pre -construction meeting. <br />2. Review electrical equipment shop drawings. <br />3. Respond to contractor requests for information (RFPs) and review change order <br />requests. <br />4. Attend up to eight (8) total construction meetings/site visits during construction. <br />5. Attend the start-up of electrical systems at each pump station. <br />6. Perform substantial completion and final inspections and prepare punch lists. <br />7. Prepare record drawings based upon contractor "as -built" drawings. <br />Our lump sum fee to provide the Construction Phase services described above is $16,000. <br />Thank you for using Smith Engineering Consultants as the source for these engineering <br />services.
