Provide 100% construction documents and technical <br />specifications to CITY. <br />4. Permitting Assistance <br />Contractor is responsible for obtaining the Building Department <br />permit. CGA will submit for a dry -run review. <br />Responses and revisions to construction documents due to <br />Building Department comments are included. <br />5. Bidding Services <br />Review and respond to Bidder questions as they pertain to the <br />plans or technical specifications. This shall include issuing <br />revised plans and/or technical specifications, if required. <br />6. Construction Administration <br />• Provide four (4) field visits during construction. <br />• Provide responses to RFI's during construction. RFI with value <br />engineering questions are not included as part of the scope of <br />work. <br />• Provide review to shop drawings. A maximum of three (3) sets <br />of reviews is included. Reviews includes the generator, electrical <br />components, panels. pump motor demands, and lighting. <br />• Conduct one (1) Substantial Completion inspection / <br />walkthrough; prepare and distribute the punch list. Contractor <br />shall provide as -built drawings for review prior to inspection. <br />• Conduct one (1) Final Completion inspection / walk- through, <br />and one (1) re -inspection. <br />7.
