• Redesign of the project from previous developed construction <br />documents. Only modifications to the equipment layout is <br />included. <br />• Any other engineering services not listed with the scope of work. <br />• Value engineering of the project. <br />• Revise construction documents per as -built conditions. This <br />service can be provided as additional services. <br />II. Professional Surveying Services <br />A. Update the existing survey drawing and data file to include modifications <br />pertaining to Pump Housing Structure. <br />B. Survey measurements will be made of the door and window openings, finish <br />floor elevations and any other changes or modifications to the building since <br />the previous date of survey. <br />III. Professional Construction Services <br />A. The following scope is based on 8 months of Construction Time (180 days <br />to Substantial Completion / 240 days to Final Acceptance) and on total <br />hours specified on attached breakdown. Any additional time beyond this will <br />require an approved agreement. <br />Coordinate and participate in pre -construction meeting; record, <br />prepare, and distribute the meeting minutes. <br />2. Coordinate and participate in twelve (12) bi-weekly construction <br />progress meetings at the City; record, prepare, and distribute the <br />meeting minutes. <br />3. Receive, log, coordinate the review of, and processing of shop <br />drawings, samples and other data which the Contractor is required to <br />submit. <br />359 <br />
