Section 2. Approval. The donation of City Surplus Equipment and Supplies to FHRC, a non- <br />profit organization, is in the best interest of the City and is hereby approved. <br />Section 3. Authorization. The City Manager is hereby authorized to coordinate the date, <br />time, manner, and logistics of distribution of the Surplus Equipment and Supplies to FHRC, as <br />well as to issue necessary documentation, subject to approval as to form and legal sufficiency by <br />the City Attorney, to evidence the donation of the Surplus Equipment and Supplies. <br />Section 4. Implementation. The City Manager and City Attorney are hereby authorized to <br />take such further action as may be necessary to implement the purpose and provisions of this <br />Resolution. <br />Section S. Effective Date.
