(e) Study and carefully correlate Proposer' observations with the Proposal Documents. <br />(f) Notify in writing City's designated employee of all conflicts, errors, irregularities, or <br />discrepancies in the Proposal Documents. <br />(g) Submit a written statement to the City acknowledging the Contractor's understanding <br />of the current site conditions and work which has been completed or is in progress on <br />the site. <br />The submission of a Proposal will constitute an incontrovertible representation by <br />Proposer that Proposer has complied with every requirement of this Section, that without <br />exception the Proposal is premised upon performing the services and/or furnishing the <br />goods and materials and such means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures as <br />may be indicated in or required by the Proposal Documents, and that the Proposal <br />Documents are sufficient in scope and detail to indicate and convey understanding of all <br />terms and conditions of performance, all site conditions and furnishing of the goods <br />and/or services. <br />(THE REMAINDER OF THIS PAGE IS INTENTIONALLY BLANK) <br />City of Parkland RFP 2021-03 Page 21 <br />
