A=COM <br />Compensation: <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach — Recreation and Parks Master Plan <br />Scope of Work <br />05/05/2022 <br />This work is to be completed in accordance with the City of Miami Miscellaneous Management <br />Advisory Consulting Services (Contract No. RFQ501331), for a scope of work to include base <br />tasks in Parts I-V. The base service fee shall be a lump sum of One Hundred and Forty-nine <br />Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ninety -Five dollars ($149,795.00), inclusive of direct expenses. <br />Optional services are provided within this scope of work as marked.
