A=COM <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach — Recreation and Parks Master Plan <br />Scope of Work <br />05/05/2022 <br />6.5 Budget Level Opinion of Cost Estimates - AECOM will prepare an updated Budget Level <br />Opinions of Cost Estimates for each of the parks selected in Task 6.1. Cost estimates will be <br />prepared in a spreadsheet format and will be submitted in draft format for City review one (1) <br />time. AECOM will update the cost estimates one (1) time based on written comments from <br />the City. <br />Optional Tasks - Deliverables include: <br />• One (1) set of digital preliminary Concept Plan PDFs (Task 6.1) <br />• One (1) digital set of City Review Call notes (Task 6.2) <br />• One (1) set of digital draft and revised Illustrative Graphics PDFs and images (Task 6.3) <br />• One (1) set of Public engagement and outreach materials (Task 6.4) <br />• One (1) digital draft and final Budget Level Opinion of Cost Estimate spreadsheets (Task <br />6.5) <br />Project Duration: <br />AECOM is prepared to begin work on the project immediately upon receipt of an executed Work <br />Order. AECOM is estimating the duration to complete the scope of services included to be twelve <br />(12) months, exclusive of optional services. The estimated schedule for completion may be <br />revised upon mutual agreement between The City and AECOM. <br />
