KEITH has the ability and staff capacity to begin work with minimum notice and will initiate work immediately <br />upon formal Notice to Proceed or as needed by the City. We are extremely proud of our accomplishments as a <br />local business and truly believe our commitment and dedication to the success and progress of our cities makes <br />us the best choice for this Continuing Professional Consulting Services (CCNA) contract. <br />Workload Management <br />KEITH manages its long and short-term workload through a policy of proactive management and resource/ <br />personnel sharing. Our diverse staff wear many hats; we have committed to the time and energy required to meet <br />the schedule requirements of similar contracts in the past and continue to be committed to providing unparalleled <br />service to this contract. Delays are contained and minimized through routine weekly department/project meetings <br />aimed at maximizing project scheduling effectiveness. Senior management oversight and weekly interaction <br />guarantees our teams have those discussions to deliver the projects successfully. <br />KEITH has the administrative know-how and the staff to manage large and small work authorizations, the <br />management skills and the technical expertise to ensure top quality is always delivered to the City.
