Ms. Sarah Landucci, born and raised in South Florida, understands the flora and fauna, challenges, and nuances of the regional landscape. Sarah has a wide range of experience with landscape design, from working in botanical gardens to public parks and private sectors. She has worked as a Landscape Designer and Project Manager at KEITH for over five years. Sarah has been involved with projects from start to finish. From conceptual planning to design development and following through to construction. She has a passion for connecting people to the natural environment and strives to create sustainable designs to enhance our communities. <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Annie Gillis Park, Pompano Beach, FL: KEITH was engaged by the City of Pompano CRA to develop a smaller community park that serves as neighborhood connection located at the corner of MLK Boulevard and NW 6th Avenue. The project was designed to integrate historically important elements as well as provide the flexibility to create larger gathering spaces for events. The smart design also ensures that when the park is not used for events that the day to day user feels comfortable in the space. Thought was also given to integrate drainage into the park to allow resilient approach. This integration of infrastructure blends throughout the park design to create a functioning park. The project includes plaza, playground, fitness, signage and special events lawn. KEITH was responsible for survey, planning, civil engineering, and <br />landscape architecture. Cost: $70,836.00 <br />Bella Vista Park, Sunny Isles Beach, FL: The City of Sunny Isles Beach selected KEITH, as part of our continuing services agreement, to develop a new park at the Bella Vista Park site. The overall property is approximately 0.9-acres. KEITH is providing civil, survey, subsurface utility engineering, planning, and landscape architecture services. KEITH coordinated subconsultants for the provision of structural and environmental engineering, electrical engineering, and geotechnical engineering services completing the multi-disciplinary team. All phases from early development and design through final construction documents are being developed by <br />this team of industry professionals. Cost: $63,650.00 <br />Colonial Drive Traffic Calming, Margate, FL: KEITH provided Phase 1 of traffic calming, pedestrian routing and streetscape improvements containing approximately 500-LF of local roadway. The project scope included schematic drawings of existing conditions, concept drawings including two alternatives considering potential lane width modifications, road geometry adjustments, landscaping, street lighting, potential pavement enhancements, other improvements aimed at enhancing pedestrian crossing experience on Colonial Drive and traffic calming, cost estimates, coordination meeting with Northwest Regional Hospital and <br />MCRA staff, and public workshops, if necessary. Cost: $50,745.00 <br />City of Hollywood Arts and Cultural Center, Hollywood, FL: KEITH is providing services associated with the redevelopment and renovations for the Cultural Arts Center in the City of Hollywood, Florida including expansion of the building and reconfigured parking lot. KEITH is assisting with the site plan and site development for all of the onsite improvements. Services include surveying & mapping, civil engineering services including paving, grading and drainage, water distribution and sanitary sewer plans, stormwater prevention, hardscape and paving, landscape design, and irrigation design, as well as <br />construction observation. Cost: $53,000.00 <br />Centennial Park, Pompano Beach, FL: The Centennial Park project entails the addition of an outdoor open-air event pavilion incorporating contextually sensitive architecture that honors the historic Sample-McDougald House currently located on the property. The proposed improvements are a part of the City of Pompano Beach GO Bond initiative and include redevelopment of the walkways and garden areas adjacent to the future pavilion. KEITH has worked closely with stakeholders to ensure the new garden spaces and <br />pavilion suit the event needs of guests and staff.
