Mr. Misagh Hosseinzadeh is a landscape designer who provides planning and design services for a wide variety of project types through all phases of the development process, including 3D visualizations. Due to his background in architectural engineering and advanced education in landscape architectural program at University of Arizona, he has comprehensive understanding of built and natural environment. As an 3D specialist and landscape designer, he continues to develop his knowledge and skills in BIM environment to make sure every aspect of design works perfectly with other components. His knowledge of the local environment, native species and sustainable best practices is combined with a creative approach that is detail oriented, ensuring designs are implemented efficiently and precisely.
<br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Dyer Federal Building and Courthouse, Miami, FL: Miami-Dade College awarded this project which entailed the remodeling, renovation, and selective restoration and preservation of the National Historic David W. Dyer U.S. Courthouse. The Dyer Building is composed of a three-story structure with a partial basement and a partial mezzanine. The renovation/remodel included approximately 162,250-GSF into classrooms, event venues, library spaces, open student collaboration spaces, offices and other related college spaces including the structural modifications required to achieve the new program spaces. KEITH provided civil engineering services including water and wastewater design and permitting. Given the historic nature and history of the building, laser scanning services were also provided. Through the laser scanning process, highly accurate and long-range lasers are used to capture visible reality. Existing conditions are therefore documented, and the data can be used to create accurate as-builts, as well as being incorporated into a Building Information Model (BIM). The building is LEED
<br />certified v4 BD + C NC. Cost: $165,435.00
<br />North Pompano Park Improvements, Pompano Beach, FL: North Pompano is an existing
<br />20-acre park which is home to the Pompano Eagles youth football team. The park is currently under redevelopment to both preserve existing features that have functioned well and provide new features to the City's residents. Several multi-purpose sports fields, artificial turf, and natural sod are included in this enhancement. Sports and site lighting, walking paths, additional parking, and a dog park will enhance the amenities. Concession stands and restrooms will be updated as part of this development. KEITH is the prime consultant for the project and has led the multi-disciplinary design team from early planning stages through to construction services. The Park is planned to be open in Spring of 2022. Cost: $453,000.00
<br />Lake Worth Beach Complex, Lake Worth, FL: KEITH provided conceptual plan design, cost estimates, and construction design and construction phase services for the Lake Worth Beach Complex. Services included surveying & mapping, conceptual design schemes based upon input received during design charettes with City staff, local business owners, Commissioners,
<br />and public input, cost estimating, permitting, and construction administration services. Cost: $100,600.00
<br />Fort Myers Waterfront Amphitheater and Waterfront Park, Fort Myers, FL: KEITH was engaged by the Mainsail Lodging group, the developers of the hotel Luminaire which is adjacent to the City of Fort Myers waterfront. As part of the redevelopment of the hotel and convention center the developer was engaged to reimagine the waterfront park. KEITH was engaged for planning and landscape architecture to create the vision for the waterfront park. The design includes a larger entertainment venue as well as day to day components. The project seeks to create a connection point and open space that can allow all users of the park to have intuitive and meaningful experiences. The park project was important to fit in context with the greater downtown vernacular as well as local art festival and other important events. The project is
