His areas of expertise include: Sustainable Engineering, Construction Management, Stormwater Management, Drainage Analysis, Roadway Design, and Land Development. <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Abbott Avenue Drainage, Surfside, FL: KEITH was retained by the Town of Surfside to provide civil engineering services for Abbott Avenue between 90th Street and 96th Street. KEITH's services include evaluation and assessment of the existing stormwater drainage conditions, preparing a report and offering options for improvements to resolve issues with ponding and setting water, including estimation of construction improvements. Civil engineering services include reviewing and evaluating information and materials pertaining to the existing report including plans, narrative, calculations, and the ICPR model. KEITH is also providing a findings and conclusion report to determine if the previous solutions are the best and cost-effective solutions for the Town. During the plan development, the KEITH Team is also scheduling early regulatory engagement to minimize risk and changes as a result of permitting by taking advantage of pre-application meetings. In addition, KEITH is evaluating the Town's existing land use development code, stormwater ordinance, and MS-4 reporting with recommendations and ordinance revisions for compliance and exceedance of federal, state, and local requirements. Future projections and infrastructure assessment is also <br />being provided to establish the framework required for stormwater models. Cost: $52,520.00 <br />Hollywood Boulevard Streetscape, Hollywood, FL: KEITH has been tasked to provide professional design, cost analysis, and construction services for the redevelopment of Hollywood Boulevard between 21st Avenue and Young Circle including the North/South roadways extending from Tyler Street south to Harrison Street, the northern and southern East/West alleyways and the western North/South alleyway between 19th Avenue and 20th Avenue. Scope of work to include redesign of the existing roadway, new roadway and sidewalk lighting, pedestrian walkways and landscaping. Project scope also includes the design of a new 8" water main running east and west along the North side of Hollywood Boulevard the length of the project area with connections to fire hydrants along <br />the south side of Hollywood Boulevard. Cost: $347,943.00 <br />Youth Sports Complex, Pompano Beach, FL: The Youth Sports Complex is a planned 10-acre multi-sport complex that is currently under construction. This will be a brand-new park to the City of Pompano Beach's portfolio and is designed to include several multi-purpose sports fields, a clubhouse with concessions, restrooms, storage and offices, landscaping and walking paths, and a 180-space parking lot. The sports fields will be a mix of artificial turf and natural sod fields. The project was designed to preserve several mature canopy trees to provide a park experience that will have plenty of shade from the day it opens. KEITH is the prime consultant for the project and has led the multi-disciplinary design team throughout all phases. Early involvement included public outreach and planning, design development and site plan approval process, and eventually permitting and construction <br />observation services. Cost: $421,750.00 <br />Layne Boulevard Water Main Improvements, Hallandale Beach, FL: Under KEITH's continuing services contract with the City of Hallandale Beach, the KEITH Team was retained to provide professional services associated with the replacement of an existing 8-inch water main (built in the 1960's) with a new 4,650 linear foot, 10-inch water main along Layne Boulevard. The water main replacement will extend from Hallandale Beach Boulevard / SR-858 (to the north) to Holiday Drive (to the south), approximately 4,650-LF. KEITH is providing geospatial engineering services, including topographic survey, subsurface utility engineering, preliminary engineering, permitting through FDEP and FDOT, among City <br />utilities and Public Works, and bidding assistance, as well as construction observation.
