CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING SERVICESCity of Hallandale Beach, FL | 2020 - Ongoing <br />BRIEF DESCRIPTION & SCOPE OF WORK: <br />KEITH was selected to provide on-going geospatial engineering, planning, civil engineering, and <br />landscape architectural services on an as-needed basis for the City of Hallandale Beach. Deliverables <br />include design, inspections, cost estimates, consultation, investigation, research, planning, design, <br />and preparation of drawing specifications, contract documents and reports, construction supervision, <br />planning and land development, feasibility studies, renderings/modeling, park design, median <br />design, street lighting design, traffic calming, drainage design, parking design, biowaste design, <br />stormwater engineering, GIS, Brownfield designation, ALTA/ACSM, boundary and topographic, and <br />hydrographic surveys. Projects such as the redevelopment of Historic Curci House, SR 858 Water Main <br />Improvement, and Layne Boulevard Water Main Improvements have been included under this contract. <br />BRIEF DESCRIPTION & SCOPE OF WORK: <br />KEITH was ranked number one in City of Pompano Parks GO Bond RFP and has been awarded three memorable <br />and different projects. Centennial Park, Youth Sports Complex and North Pompano Park. Each project is unique in <br />its own way ranging from programing that includes sports fields, restroom facility and high-end banquet facilities. <br />The parks also include signage, wayfinding, lighting site furniture as well as the associated parking and required <br />infrastructure. KEITH was the lead consultant on these projects that are now under construction providing full <br />services including Survey, SUE, Planning, Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture. Prior to the construction <br />phase, KEITH was responsible for leading public meetings and building consensus among the neighborhood and <br />community.
