DC ALEXANDER PARKFort Lauderdale, FL | 2018 - 2021 <br />BRIEF DESCRIPTION & SCOPE OF WORK: <br />DC Alexander Park is over 1-acre in area prominently located on Fort Lauderdale Beach and across <br />from the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center and International Swimming Hall of Fame. The proposed <br />improvements are meant to establish the park as an iconic memorable place. The improvements include <br />a signature, family oriented artistic interactive element, restroom facility with attached concession <br />stand, shaded seating areas, inviting greenspace and landscape areas, turtle-compliant lighting, <br />security cameras and the removal of the existing parking lot. Additionally, SE 5th Street is envisioned <br />as becoming a closed two-way street. KEITH, as prime consultant, is managing a multi-disciplinary <br />team. In-house services include planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, surveying, and <br />traffic engineering services. In 2021, KEITH won the ASLA Design Award for DC Alexander Park. <br />41RFQ No. 22-06-01
