<br />Our Planning and Landscape Architecture Studio brings a fusion of creativity, sensibility, and vision to guide and
<br />assist with smart, long-term decisions that result in preserved or enhanced value for our projects and our community
<br />as a whole. Regardless of the scope of the project, we bring experience, knowledge, fresh energy, innovation and

<br />The KEITH Team believes that landscape architecture is the creative fusion of art and science to develop resilient
<br />solutions for the community. Our team of experts provides a wide range of services that blend our multi-disciplinary
<br />approach to create a solution for each development scenario. These solutions start with creative thinking, and
<br />decades of experience, and end with the development of community.
<br />Our team has provided innovative designs for institutional and commercial projects, residential and mixed-use
<br />developments, streetscape and roadway beautification, active and passive parks, plazas, and various urban
<br />redevelopments. Whether it is by creatively meeting the intent of the code or in creating spectacular lush
<br />destinations—we bring experience, knowledge, fresh energy, and innovation to each and every project.
<br />KEITH has a vast amount of experience in providing professional landscape architectural services and has worked
<br />with dozens of agencies with similar general services contracts. This includes all phases of development from site
<br />due diligence and analysis, visioning and conceptual design, development of technical construction drawings
<br />through to construction and project close-out. Plans provided may include site plans, hardscape plans, fine grading,
<br />site lighting and photometrics, planting and irrigation design, specialty features, pools and water features and the
<br />supporting details. Our team communicates these solutions in a variety of formats including hand renderings,
<br />CADD, BIM or 3D Visualization to ensure ideas are clearly understood by the public, elected officials and/or the
<br />contractors. From the broadest stroke to the finest detail, our collective team is prepared to deliver.
<br />In addition to landscape architecture, our team has licensed experts to provide Certified Arborist services.
<br />Combined with our geospatial team, our arborists will locate, identify, and accurately assess all the existing tree
<br />and palm canopy species on a site. The team will work with the local agency, contractors, and owners to determine
<br />the appropriate mitigation, preservation, or relocation efforts a site might require. From being in the field collecting
<br />data to successfully navigating an agency’s mitigation/entitlement process, our team has the knowledge and
<br />experience needed to get the job done.
