The scope of work included concept development, construction <br />documentation, planting design, finish material coordination and sourcing, and construction phase services. Additionally, the project <br />triggered the redesign of the of Village Hall monument sign in order to keep the Village’s signage consistent with the materials and <br />visuals of the entry monument signs. <br />Client: Village of Pinecrest <br />Fee: $8,168 <br />Completion Date: Ongoing <br />Team Members: Gregory Gonzalez, PLA (Project Manager); Matthew Wisniewski, PLA; George Puig, PLA, ASLA <br />Fairway Park, Miami Beach, FL <br />For landscape architectural and civil <br />engineering design services for improvements <br />for Fairway Park, Kimley-Horn is providing: <br />• Drainage analysis and design for the entire <br />park including the playground, basketball <br />court, and tennis court, as well as design <br />of improvements to the existing park <br />playground, and playfield <br />• New playground equipment and explore <br />salvaging the existing shade structure <br />• New separate play structures for ages <br />2-5 years and 5-10 years including an <br />accessible swing bay <br />• Playground area poured in place rubber <br />safety surface and drainage system.
