(Project Manager); George Puig, PLA, ASLA (Project Manager); Michelle Latte, PLA; Matthew <br />Wisniewski, PLA, Chris Cianfaglione, PLA, ASLA <br />Legacy Park, Doral, FL <br />Through collaboration with the design team and the City of <br />Doral, the desire for a park that served as a community space <br />for residents to gather and enjoy sports, arts, and nature was <br />conceived. Kimley-Horn prepared the conceptual plan and <br />construction plans of an 18-acre park located on the corner <br />of NW 82nd Street and NW 114th Avenue. The concept <br />for the park consists of two adjacent sites with both active <br />and passive recreational amenities. Park amenities include <br />the following recreational components, community center <br />building, baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand <br />volleyball, soccer fields, playground, multi-use field, walkways, <br />boardwalk, and wetlands. <br />Client: City of Doral <br />Fee: $346,244 <br />Completion Date: Ongoing
