<br />Continuing Services for
<br />Gregory Gonzalez, PLA - Gregory has seven years of experience as a landscape designer for public and private-
<br />sector projects. He has experience in preparing and developing concepts, drawings, images and other documents
<br />for schematic design and design review boards. His background includes the preparation and the coordination of
<br />construction documents including site plans, hardscape plans, layout plans, paving plans, planting plans, lighting
<br />plans, grading plans, preliminary irrigation plans, construction details and specifications. Gregory’s software experience
<br />includes AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch Up, Vray, Kerkythea, Maxwell,
<br />and basic GIS.
<br />Michelle Latte, PLA - Michelle received her Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Florida International
<br />University. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Rafael Urdaneta, and she
<br />worked as a professional architect in Venezuela. Her project experience includes developing design concepts, technical
<br />drawings and details, technical specifications, and illustrative presentations. Michelle also has experience in cost
<br />estimating, submittals, concept design, client meetings, bidding, paving design, planting design, site specifications, code
<br />compliance, construction documents, site visits, custom detailing, design documents, hand rendering, digital rendering,
<br />planting installation, site analysis, and hardscape design. She has working knowledge of South Florida plant material
<br />and the use of ‘Florida Grades and Standards for Nursery Plants.’
<br />Chris Cianfaglione, PLA, ASLA - Chris is a landscape architect with 13 years of experience in construction document
<br />preparation, presentation graphics, illustrative 3D renderings, project photography, and LEED document preparation
<br />for a wide range of landscape architecture projects. Specifically, his expertise involves detailed design of streetscapes
<br />and municipal parks, multifamily projects, and overall land development projects for a variety of local and nationally
<br />recognized clients. He is a Professional Landscape Architect in Florida and an ISA Certified Arborist.
<br />Brady Walker, GTA - Brady has 18 years of experience conducting endangered species surveys as a Florida Fish
<br />and Wildlife Services (FWC) authorized gopher tortoise agent, delineating wetlands, designing wetland mitigation and
<br />restoration areas, and entitling and permitting projects ranging in size from less than an acre to thousands of acres
<br />throughout Florida, the southeast, and California. Since 2017 his focus has been on renewable energy development.
<br />Over the past 4 years, Brady has overseen the environmental due diligence efforts on more than 30,000 acres of land
<br />for new solar projects, permitted and entitled more than 1.5-GW of solar energy centers, and provided civil construction
<br />documents for more than 150-MW of solar. In addition to utility scale solar, Brady also has experience with floating solar,
<br />battery storage, distributed generation, and transmission lines.
