Duties embraces the quality control of construction <br />process; RFI’s review; change orders, tracking and monitoring of the construction <br />costs. <br />Structural projects experiences involve the implementation of the building codes and <br />specifications; compliance review, threshold inspections and construction restoration <br />supervision; as well as the Fall Protection Structural design solutions.Mr. Compres <br />experience include working with Miami international Airport multi parking garage <br />building, with other municipalities throughout South Florida and other private entities <br />as well. <br />Proficiency with the Design of municipal and private; experience include Design and <br />construction; administered and managed site work and site infrastructures <br />developments; led schools buildings renovations; supervised numerous municipal <br />buildings restorations; as well recreational and parks facilities improvements; parking <br />garage buildings, water treatment plant; wastewater pump stations, storm water pump <br />stations,water control structures design and construction. <br />Worked and coordinated closely municipalities developing biddable plans for both civil <br />and architectural projects accordingly. <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />AAFERN New Office Building & Parking Lot <br />3601 NW 49th Terrace Miami, FL 33142. <br />Mr. Compres provided of a complete set of structural and civil plans for the construction <br />of a 24,000SF office building and metal warehouse used for the maintenance and <br />repair of large trucks. The project also included the design of a concrete slab parking <br />lot, including paving and drainage designs and traffic signage. <br />New office Building and parking lot for the Trailers Park –Structural <br />Engineer –Hallandale Beach, Florida. <br />The work included the parking lot and parking drainage, paving and marking including <br />traffic signs. <br />Rickenbacker Causeway Parking and Drainage Improvements –Civil Engineer – <br />Miami, Florida. <br />Mr. Compres was part of the design team responsible for the grading and drainage <br />design and coordination required for this project to provide new parking areas and a <br />storm water drainage system for the Rickenbacker Causeway Recreation Facility <br />Improvement project that will provide beach re-nourishment in Virginia Key and Hobbie <br />Beach along the Rickenbacker Causeway. The total project length is approximately 2.5 <br />miles.
