33Response to RFQ # 22-06-01 - Landscape DE <br />Landscape DE was hired by Tropical Audubon Society (TAS) to develop a new design for their Steinberg <br />Nature Center in South Miami, Florida. The master plan included an overall plan for the property <br />and also specific improvements. The plan was developed through a workshop with key members of <br />TAS. The final master plan document included estimates of the project costs and a prioritization of the <br />elements. Suggested improvement included improved ADA access, parking area improvements, perimeter <br />improvements, a new expanded events space, new signage, a new pond, and an improved maintenance <br />program among other items.
