14 | CONTINUING SERVICES FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES | RFQ 22-06-01 <br />Client: <br />City of Hollywood CRA <br />Services: <br />Master Planning, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Construction Administration, Cost Estimating <br />In 2020, the Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) requested BA to <br />provide Urban Planning and Design Services composed of a streetscape planning analysis <br />consisting of two Project Roadways in the Hollywood Downtown. The Project Roadways <br />consisted of Hollywood Boulevard and Tyler Street from Young Circle to N 21st Avenue. <br />Working with the CRA staff, BA developed several concepts for the redesign of Hollywood <br />Boulevard including a complete redesign of the roadway cross section, drainage, lighting, <br />landscaping and street furniture. <br />The primary goal of the design is to minimize the loss of on-street parking while widening <br />the sidewalks for improved pedestrian access and outdoor cafes. <br />The City is also looking into increasing the opportunities for outdoor markets and <br />festivals by creating a plaza-like design for the roadway areas. <br />HOLLYWOOD BOULEVARD STREETSCAPE <br />Hollywood, FL <br />EXISTING
