The Master Plan includes a regulation 8 lane
400 m track and field facility, four synthetic surface soccer fields, a community center,
recreation boat dock, pump track, picnic shelters, two shaded playgrounds, three restroom/
concession facilities, a network of exercise/walking trails, parking, a large multi-purpose
field, three new baseball/softball fields, central open multi-purpose lawn, retention areas,
and site wide landscape enhancements.
In addition, BA’s Landscape Architecture team was recently selected for Phase 1 of design
services for the Homestead Sports Complex.
