The landscape manual includes codes and recommendations <br />for the minimum landscape requirements for existing/older properties to achieve compliance <br />with current code. <br />CGA's primary contribution to the Landscape Manual was the development of implementable <br />planting details that advance the recommendations to generate standards throughout the <br />City of Deerfield Beach. CGA prepared a standard guideline providing diagrams, samples <br />of design plans with existing conditions, and graphics of every plant being recommended <br />to effectively communicate the intent of the standards to the public. The standards not only <br />addressed planting but also included the nine principles of a Florida -Friendly Landscape <br />Yard. Finally, the Landscape manual establishes a street -tree prioritization plan to guide future <br />streetscape projects, examines and establishes a metric of measurement to define "success" <br />in future -planned City projects, and it establishes parameters to facilitate the cost estimating <br />and planning for these projects during the budget cycles and design phases of each project. <br />U <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I RFQ #22-06-01 1 Continuing Services for Landscape Architectural Services CCNA 28 <br />
