The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement, <br />as well as the terms and conditions of the GSA Solicitation No. 47QSMD20R0001 and awarded <br />agreement with Contractor (Contract Number GS -07F -0031W), which are specifically <br />incorporated herein and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", as well as Contractor's proposal to the <br />City, attached as Exhibit `B" (hereinafter referred to as "Contract Documents"). <br />3. SERVICES. Contractor shall provide the services pursuant to the terms and conditions <br />set forth in the GSA Solicitation No. 47QSMD20R0001 and awarded agreement with Contractor <br />(Contract Number GS -07F -0031W), the Contractor's proposal to the City attached hereto as <br />Exhibit `B", and the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Services"), including but not limited to the following: <br />3.1 Contractor's technicians will install and license the Avigilon Control Center Server <br />software on the server hardware. <br />3.2 Contractor's technicians will use the ACC client software to connect the <br />appropriate camera or IP intercom to the corresponding NVR server/appliance. The camera <br />information in the attached document (File name: Sunny Isles Beach Police Department - <br />Camera Inventory as of 2022.04.12 sorted by recording server) provided by City IT will <br />be used for the programming. <br />3.3 If an existing device (IP camera, IP video intercom) being connected to the ACC <br />server software is not capable of sending ONVIF motion events, then Contractor will <br />configure a 24/7 recording schedule for the device to assure that data is being recorded. <br />3.4 ACC 7 Client Software will be installed on workstations located at the same <br />physical (site) location where an NVR server/appliance is being installed as a part of this <br />project. Existing workstation hardware to receive the ACC 7 client software must meet or <br />exceed the Avigilon recommended specifications to assure proper performance: <br />https://www.avigilon.com/12roducts/acc/system-requirements <br />3.5 Contractor will provide the ACC 7 client software .MSI file and/or .EXE file to <br />SIBPD IT for workstations and/or mobile laptops that are not located at the same physical <br />site as an Avigilon NVR server/appliance install. For example, mobile laptops in vehicles <br />or client workstations at offsite/remote locations not directly associated with the project. <br />3.6 Contractor will provide administrator and operator training on the Avigilon client <br />software, to be scheduled as: <br />3.6.1 Four-hour onsite / in-person training to be conducted at a City Police <br />Department classroom style location. <br />3.6.2 One-hour webinar/online hosted training. <br />3.7 Contractor will connect the new Avigilon system to Avigilon Cloud Services <br />(ACS) once all Avigilon NVR servers/appliances are online and fully configured. <br />Contractor acknowledges and agrees that time is of the essence. The Services described herein <br />shall be implemented and operational within six (6) weeks following the full execution of this <br />Agreement. <br />The Services shall be performed by Contractor to the full satisfaction of the City. Contractor <br />agrees to furnish all labor and material in a good and workmanlike and professional manner to <br />Millenium Products, Inc. 2 <br />
