Proposer must use the Proposal Sheet below to submit Proposer’s Base Monthly Rent and <br />Percentage Rent (as defined in Section 2.14 and 2.15) for the Lease. <br /> <br />II. Proposer must completely fill out each row below. <br /> <br />III. Not applicable or “N/A” is not acceptable and will cause Firm to be determined nonresponsive. <br />IV. An authorized officer per the Proposer’s Sunbiz, must sign this Rent Proposal Sheet. <br />It is the intent of the City to provide a restaurant facility with the best possible service to the <br />public. The City makes no guarantee that this project will be a financial success for the City or for <br />the selected Proposer.
