He leads the <br />overall master planning of all operations, overseeing all the company's financial and bonding programs <br />and assuring that the company is working within regulatory and legal constraints that govern our <br />industry. He is responsible for the compliance of all State and Federal Labor laws while insuring the <br />implementation of the company's Health and Safety plan. <br />Carlos leads negotiations with clients and participates actively in all negotiations with major <br />subcontractors and suppliers. He also tracks overall project performance versus established project <br />budgets and schedules. This is accomplished by holding daily & weekly updates with Senior <br />Management and Project Managers/Superintendents respectively.
