Approach I Methodology: <br />Nunez Construction's organizational structure is lean and efficient. We follow a culture of open <br />communication which allows our team members to be informed of all aspects of our projects to ensure a <br />fluid and efficient process. This culture extends to our sub -contractors, architects, engineers and to our <br />clients. This includes daily communication, bi-weekly meetings with Owners, architect and CC, and <br />includes engineers when necessaryto discuss updates, tackle emerging issues and to keep all informed. <br />We also work with Procore for project management (submittals, RFI's, schedules, reports, construction <br />photos, to centralize approval processes and documentation with all team members. We also provide 3 - <br />week look ahead and construction schedules as work tools throughout project. Nunez Construction will <br />provide a dedicated team assigned to this project to ensure proper delivery. <br />Emergency Response Plan (2 -hour Call -out): Nunez Construction works with a 3 -tier level emergency <br />contact system, which ensures a timely response for emergencies. We provide the names and numbers <br />of three members of our team who work on the project. In addition, Owner will have direct number of <br />sub -contractor's if required. <br />As part of our close-out documentation, warranties will be provided for both products and services <br />associated to this project. <br />Nunez Construction, Inc.
