She is responsible for the Construction financial management and services in project financing strategies and budgeting, project bonding planning, Davis Bacon Certified payroll processing, personnel payroll, accounts payables & receivables, county & airport project logistics, accounting Supervision and administrative processes for projects. She is detail -oriented, rigorous, and flexible when required. Graduated from Florida International University, Linet holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and is a certified Notary Public for the State of Florida. Linet is forever curious and adventurous; she is a savvy and seasoned traveler that has visited the most unexpected corners of the world through her five senses. She is an avid learner of Chinese and a K -Pop fa n. SYLVIA GRAVES - Project Engineer Sylvia Graves has been a Project Engineer on the Nunez team since 2019, responsible for Project scheduling monitoring, activity coordination, plan review and assisting in the development of cost estimating and timely procurement. She works closely with the Project Managers/Superintendents to pre-empt activities and needs to respond in an efficient manner. She creates and manages the submittal and RFI process on Procore to fulfillment and executes all close-out packages for projects. Sylvia also coordinates legal documentation for new projects, and for permitting. She manages and updates all project records, prepares change order requests when necessary and assists in all safety documentation required. Prior to her entrance in the world of construction, Sylvia, a graduate from Boston University with a B.S. in Mass Communications and a B.A . in Liberal Arts, has been a seasoned branding, advertising & marketing professional that has held positions as GM for Advertising & Media at Telefonica /Coord for Advertising and Brand Image and CANTV-Verizon, Owner at Betancourt & Graves ad agency and VP Account Services at JWT, with 30+ years of experience, creating, building & communicating brands through assertive strategies. She has achieved goals through successful execution across diverse markets and product categories for both large multinationals and local SBE's, built strong and lasting relationships with a broad base of clients in a range of industries. She believes that by understanding what truly drives people one can open relevant dialogues that allow space to build brands in unique ways. This vision not only applies to her experience in developing brands but can be projected in her work in construction. Sylvia is of a bi-cultural background having lived in Venezuela most of her life, while having an international education. Sylvia has a passion for nature, hiking, sailing, cycling, and kayaking. She believes that our future lies in the preservation of our planet and the education of our people. She believes that we have the capacity of touching others every day by our words and actions.
