Unforeseen WASA sanitary <br />sewers have been discovered during excavation requiring repair. Construction trailer cost was excluded from bid due to <br />another contractor providing, responsibility now shifts to Stout Group. <br />NOTE: Unless specifically stated clearly elsewhere on this page, this contract amendment does NOT include an extension of <br />time or grant any additional general conditions amounts.
