<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach | ITB 22-12-02 20 <br /> <br />Contractor shall reimburse the City for any and all overpayments caused by canceled or forfeited <br />games, or when the Contactor has failed to provide the services specified. <br /> <br />3.8 PENALTIES/FINES <br /> <br /> The table below represents penalties/fines that shall be assessed to the Contractor for non- <br />compliance: <br /> <br />Offense Penalty (Per Game) <br />Non-compliance of Uniform Rules $20.00 credit per official/ scorekeeper <br />Tardiness (5 - 15 minutes) $10.00 credit per official/ scorekeeper <br />Tardiness (16 minutes or more) ½ off per official, per Game Price* <br />Absenteeism (No Show) 1 full game credit per official <br /> *Price is based on the Schedule of Proposal Prices contained in the Proposal package <br /> <br />The aforementioned penalties/fines shall be in addition to any other remedies available to the City for <br />Contractor’s non-performance. <br /> <br />3.9 HISTORY OF SPORTS OFFICIATING SERVICES USE <br /> <br />The following table represents the City’s usage requirements for sports official services. <br />Contractor is encouraged to use this information as an estimate for reference and guidance <br />purposes only. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease estimated usage indicated <br />below and / or secure services during other weeks and months not indicated at the sole discretion <br />of the City. <br /> <br />Note: The length of each game may vary, but the minimum time required by the City would be <br />one (1) hour per game. <br /> <br />Soccer <br />Age of player in league: 5-14 <br />Number of seasons per year: 2 <br />Length of (each) season: 2 – 3 Months <br />Fall Season (September through December); Spring <br />Season (January through April) <br />Number of days league meets per week: 1 (Thursdays) & 1 (Saturdays) <br />Minimum number of officials needed per <br />game: <br />1 <br />Maximum number of officials needed per <br />game: <br />3
