(Cummins Cederberg) is pleased to present <br />this revised proposal for our marine engineering and environmental consulting services for the <br />proposed seawall at Bella Vista Park located at 500 Sunny Isles Beach Blvd, Sunny Isles Beach, <br />Miami -Dade County, Florida (Project). <br />Project Introduction <br />Keith and Associates, Inc. (Client) would like to install a new seawall at Bella Vista Park to include <br />concrete panels, batter piles, and a new concrete cap. The new cap elevation will match the <br />adjacent property, which was recently constructed. Cummins Cederberg will provide coastal and <br />marine engineering services for the design and permitting of the new seawall at or landward of <br />mean high water, along the southwest shoreline (approximately 180 linear feet) of the Project site. <br />The following is a brief discussion beginning with our experience, construction in the marine <br />environment, and ultimately the proposed scope of services. <br />CUMMINS CEDERBERG, INC.
