Comprehensive design experience <br />ranges from small docks and seawalls to large cruise ship piers <br />and ports, where the use of advanced numerical models is often <br />implemented to support or improve analyses and designs. The <br />following are representative experience from recent projects: <br />• Dade Boulevard Bike Path Seawall, Miami: Engineering <br />with approximately 2,670 feet of steel sheet pile seawall <br />with concrete cap and vehicle crash barrier, as well as <br />several utility crossovers and bridge abutment <br />connections. <br />• Winston Towers 700 Condominium Seawall, Miami: Field <br />investigations, engineering design, and regulatory <br />permitting for the replacement of 240 feet of seawall and <br />repair of the remaining 800 feet. <br />• Porta Bella Yacht & Tennis Club Seawall, Boca Raton: <br />Field investigations, engineering design, and regulatory <br />permitting for the replacement of 140 feet of seawall <br />along the Intracoastal Waterway. <br />■ Arlen House, Sunny Isles Beach: Field investigations, <br />engineering design, and regulatory permitting for the <br />reconstruction of 800 feet of shoreline stabilization. <br />• Sunset Harbour Yacht Club, Miami Beach: Engineering <br />and permitting of extensive marina repairs, including <br />overwater patchwork of concrete spalling and cracks, as <br />well as the replacement of eight (8) precast concrete deck <br />slabs. <br />• Costa Brava Condominium Marina, Miami Beach: <br />Engineering, regulatory permitting, and construction <br />administration for the reconstruction of a 32 -slip marina <br />damaged by storm. <br />• Bentley Bay Marina, Miami Beach: Engineering, <br />construction drawings, and construction administration for <br />a new 16 slip marina. <br />• Coastal Towers Marina, Sunny Isles Beach: Field <br />investigations, engineering design and regulatory <br />permitting for the reconstruction of 33 -slip marina and <br />1,500 feet of shoreline stabilization. <br />116600-R3 <br />Page 2 of 12 <br />CUMMINS CEDERBERG, INC.
