(KEITH) <br />October 6, 2022 <br />Richard Labinsky, PE, City Engineer <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />18070 Collins Avenue <br />Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />Phone: (305) 947 — 0606 <br />E-mail: rlabinsky(-)sibfl.net <br />Project Name: Intracoastal Sports Court <br />Complex - (formerly Ritz Sales Trailer Site) <br />Project Location: 15800 Collins Ave. <br />Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />KEITH Project Number: 11723.02 <br />Contract Addendum: 01 <br />Project Manager: Sarah Landucci <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (CITY/OWNER/CLIENT) has requested that KEITH (CONSULTANT) <br />provide Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture professional services for the expansion of a new <br />park known as Intracoastal Sports Court Complex located at the former Ritz Carlton Sales Trailer site to <br />also include the property to the north (identified within Folio #31-2214-008-0080 and the east portion of <br />Folio #31-2214-013-0010, owned by Century Towers Association). <br />The total combined park property is being expanded from 0.70 acres to 1.50 acres approximately. <br />The additional proposed improvements to the expanded area shall consist of: <br />1. One-way parking lot running north to south with entrance and exit off Collins Avenue (S.R. A1A). <br />2. Install at least one (1) multiuse court (with lighting) that allow tennis / basketball / volleyball where <br />the existing parking lot within the City owned property currently exists. <br />3. Floating dock for kayak and paddle board launch. <br />4. Exercise Equipment / Work-out Stations. <br />5. The rest of the improvements are to be in line with the previous Work Authorization. <br />Per the CLIENT, the following professional services are to be included in the proposal: <br />1. Additional Surveying by KEITH <br />2. Additional Civil Engineering by KEITH <br />3. Additional Landscape Architecture by KEITH <br />4. Additional Geotechnical Testing by subconsultant (NV -5) <br />5. Additional Site Lighting by subconsultant (SGM) <br />6.
