The Boundary Survey shall show the <br />boundary lines of the property owned by Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the <br />east portion of Folio #31-2214-013-0010) depicted in yellow. The Topographic Survey shall include the <br />surface improvements such as roadways, pavement, sidewalks, traffic striping, walls, fences, surface <br />utilities, etc. Trees shall be noted by common name and trunk diameter. Storm and Sanitary structures shall <br />be noted with the pipe invert elevation, diameter, material, and direction. The topography shall include the <br />area depicted in yellow in the aerial.
