Page 3 of 9 <br />11723.02 — Intracoastal Sports Court Complex - (formerly Ritz Sales Trailer Site) <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />including intermediate changes in grade. <br />Note: Vertical Datum for this survey shall be NGVD 1929 unless otherwise directed by Client and the <br />Horizontal Datum shall be NAD 83/2011. <br />Task 104 Additional Existing Easement Research (By Subconsultant - Paramount Title Services) <br />— Optional Services <br />The Subconsultant (Paramount Title Services) will prepare an on-site easement and adjoining right-of- <br />way search of the property owned by Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the east <br />portion of Folio #31-2214-013-0010) depicted in yellow for the park expansion. <br />This is not a tittle commitment. Results of such search will be provided to KEITH to include as part of the <br />Boundary and Topographic Survey. <br />This task is offered as Optional Services in lieu of the City/Client supplying KEITH with all documents <br />covering easements, encumbrances, Title Commitment, and exception documents referenced therein. <br />Survey will include review, depiction and/or notation of applicable documents. <br />SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING (SUE) SERVICES <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Services including horizontal designation, utility location, utility <br />mapping and franchise utility coordination are not included in this scope of work. If required, the <br />CONSULTANT will be pleased to provide additional services under a separate agreement. <br />GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (By Geotechnical Sub. — NV5) <br />Refer to Exhibit A — NV5 (Sub -Consultant) Geotechnical Engineering Services Scope and Fees. <br />Task 202 Additional Geotechnical Testing and Reporting (By Geotechnical Sub. - NV5) <br />The geotechnical subconsultant (NV5) will provide geotechnical engineering testing and reporting services <br />for the property owned by Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the east portion of <br />Folio #31-2214-013-0010) depicted in yellow. <br />1. NV5 proposes to drill two (2) additional borings to around 15 to 20 feet below grade at the site. Proposed <br />boring locations are shown with red circles in the image below. Boring locations could shift due to actual <br />site conditions. <br />The borings will be drilled utilizing the rotary wash method with a truck -mounted drill rig. Samples of the <br />subsurface materials encountered will be collected continuously down to 10 feet below ground surface. <br />Below that depth the sampling will be performed at roughly 5 -foot intervals. Sampling will be performed <br />using a Standard Penetration Test (SPT) sampler per ASTM D-1586. Upon completion of the borings, <br />the boreholes will be grouted to the ground surface. <br />Engineering Inspired Design. 137 <br />r <br />
