Page 5 of 9 <br />11723.02 — Intracoastal Sports Court Complex - (formerly Ritz Sales Trailer Site) <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />PLANNING SERVICES <br />Task 302 Conceptual Site Plan <br />KEITH will develop up to three (3) revised Conceptual Design options for the City's review including the <br />park expansion area of the property owned by Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and <br />the east portion of Folio #31-2214-013-0010) depicted in yellow. <br />Concepts will be communicated to the Team and various stakeholders for review and discussion. KEITH <br />will develop concepts that will be preliminary in nature and are not intended as construction documents. <br />They will be presented in a draft and final presentation allowing input and development of the ideas. These <br />findings will then be developed into a conceptual presentation with the overall team for review/approval of <br />the CLIENT. <br />Deliverables <br />1. KEITH will develop up to three (3) Conceptual Design concepts for client review. Based on client <br />feedback, up to two (2) revisions will be developed to define the preferred design direction to be <br />moved forward into the Design Development phase. Concept package shall include: <br />a. Illustrative Site Plan(s) <br />b. Supporting Diagrams and/or Section Elevations <br />c. Character Imagery <br />2. Meetings and Team Coordination — During the specified duration in the project schedule, KEITH will <br />attend all required meetings and coordination. It is assumed all meetings will be in South Florida. <br />Task 303 Additional Site Plan and Processing <br />Once the City has selected the preferred concept which includes the park expansion area of the property <br />owned by Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the east portion of Folio #31-2214- <br />013-0010) depicted in yellow, KEITH shall prepare one (1) dimensioned / detailed Site Plan to be <br />processed through the City. <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />Task 404 Additional Preliminary Engineering / Design Development Plans <br />The Preliminary Plans are for CITY and/or City's Planning and Development Services Department to <br />review and approve the preliminary design including the park expansion area of the property owned by <br />Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the east portion of Folio #31-2214-013-0010) <br />depicted in yellow. <br />Task 405 Additional Engineering Construction Documents (CD) <br />KEITH shall prepare Engineering Construction Documents (CDs) that includes the park expansion area <br />of the property owned by Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the east portion of <br />Folio #31-2214-013-0010) depicted in yellow. <br />Task 406 Additional Engineering Permitting <br />KEITH shall provide additional engineering permitting that includes the park expansion area of the <br />property owned by Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the east portion of Folio <br />#31-2214-013-0010) depicted in yellow. <br />Engineering Inspired Design. 139 <br />0 <br />
