Page 6 of 9 <br />11723.02 — Intracoastal Sports Court Complex - (formerly Ritz Sales Trailer Site) <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES <br />(By Electrical Sub. - SGM Engineering) <br />Refer to Exhibit B — SGM Engineering (Sub -Consultant) Electrical Engineering Services Scope and Fees. <br />Task 502 Additional Electrical Construction Documents (CD) <br />(SGM Engineering - Electrical Sub.) <br />The electrical subconsultant (SGM) will provide additional electrical engineering services for the design <br />documents of the new lighting system to illuminate the park expansion area of the property owned by <br />Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the east portion of Folio #31-2214-013-0010) <br />depicted in yellow. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING & PERMITTING SERVICES <br />(By Environmental Consultant — The Chappell Group, Inc) <br />Task 601 Environmental Consulting & Permitting Services <br />The environmental subconsultant (The Chappell Group, Inc) will provide design and permitting services for <br />a floating dock. Services include a benthic survey, structural plans of a fixed platform no more than 10'x10', <br />and permitting thru Army Corp of Engineers, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and Miami - <br />Dade County Department of Regulatory & Economic Resources. Mangrove impacts, mitigation, and <br />processing of sovereign submerged lands lease is not included. Structural plans of the floating dock are to <br />be prepared by the manufacturer. Bidding and Construction Services are not included. <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE SERVICES <br />Task 704 Additional Preliminary Landscape / Design Development Plans <br />KEITH shall prepare Preliminary Landscape / Design Development Plans that includes the park <br />expansion area of the property owned by Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the <br />east portion of Folio #31-2214-013-0010) depicted in yellow. <br />Task 705 Additional Tree Inventory and Appraisal by Certified Arborist <br />KEITH will visit the project to confirm and evaluate the location, size, and quality of existing trees on the <br />expanded project site and identify which trees shall be removed or relocated, as well as any remaining trees <br />that will require protection including the park expansion area of the property owned by Century Towers <br />Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the east portion of Folio #31-2214-013-0010) depicted in <br />yellow. <br />Task 706 Additional Landscape Construction Documents <br />KEITH shall prepare Landscape Construction Documents (CDs) that includes the park expansion area <br />of the property owned by Century Towers Association (Folio #31-2214-008-0088 and the east portion of <br />Folio #31-2214-013-0010) depicted in yellow. <br />CONSTRUCTION / PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />Construction / Project Management Services are not included in this scope of work.
