Printing, packaging, mailing, warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations are conducted in a Category 5 -rated physical structure, and onsite generators are maintained to provide power in the event of an outage. Contingencies exist for loss or unavailability of critical technology, suppliers, facilities, and staff. Servers and business -critical machines not primarily supported in the cloud can be moved to the cloud infrastructure for any duration necessary. Non-critical systems are properly shut down until it is safe to resume normal operation. Inventory is covered for protection, and work in process is completed and shipped prior to an expected disastrous weather event.
