lssocl, .] I:D Psls rise I'RODt c:rtom kc.
RE. City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request to Qualify No. 22-12-01
References of Similar Engagements (Three Required)
1. CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH 2023 DESK CALANDAR
SCOPE OF PROJECT: The order consisted of 2,000 (9x6) Desk Calendars consisting of 32 full color
calendar pages plus a cover consisting of two metallic foils, process color images with spot raised UV, and a
double gold wire — 0 binding. The calendar pages were printed on our 40" offset press in process ink with a
gloss aqueous coating. The cover's foil stamp physical dies were produced and used to stamp the two
metallic foil images. A spot, raised UV was applied over the process color images on the cover. A three-
dimensional blank "pop-up" back was also created. The calendar pages were collated and married to the
front cover and blank "pop-up" back. The calendar pages, cover and back were hole punched to accept the
gold wire -o binding along 9" top edge.
CRITICAL PRODUCTION: The calendar page images were very colorful and vibrant, and each press
form needed to match in color density from one to another. The foil stamp areas and UV coated areas on
the cover registered to one another. The art files were received on 10/20/22, and physical proofs needed to
be created and approved prior to press. The goal was to provide a quality calendar in time to be delivered by
the client prior to the new year. The calendars were delivered on 12/9/22 on time.
2.) BROWARD COUNTY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER 2023 GALA INVITATION PACKAGE
SCOPE OF PROJECT: The order consisted of a two-sided, full color invitation with printed envelopes,
full color reply cards with printed envelopes, full color menus, table cards, and valet cards. The items (except
the envelopes) were printed on our 40" offset press on one sheet, to save set up costs. The client selected
an uncoated 80# Techweave cover stock that has a rich texture. The custom design of the 8"x 8"
announcement included four diecut "wings" that folded back onto an 8"x 8" flat panel. All items needed to
match in color density on the uncoated sheet, and the announcement was on a tight schedule for mailing
deadlines. We were able to meet the deadline and the client is very satisfied with the complete package.
3.) NEW ENERGY EVENTS 2022 MIAMI CONFERENCE COLLLATERAL
SCOPE OF PROJECT: New Energy Events, a company headquartered in New York, hosted events in
Miami this year - one in April and two in September. They needed a printer to print and deliver onsite
collateral for these conferences using products that are recycled, recyclable, and more eco -friendly than
alternative materials whenever possible. The items included a full color 16 pg. Conference booklet printed
on Neenah 100% post consumer waste stock, full color meeting agendas, a diecut table tent card, multiple
quantities of three sizes of .5" thick full color Falconboard signs (16x20, 24x36, 33x78) plus metal stands, a
retractable banner, and an 8'x8' Vinyl step and repeat photo backdrop with telescopic stand. All work was
communicated through email and drop box sites, PDF and physical proofs were sent and shipped to the
client for approval, and APPi delivered the items to a Miami Beach convention site on time
with raves and appreciation from the client.
I.i11' .7) \`\ (11111 k\ t.\1 1 • \SII \\I1 i. \hi.-.
