Staffing <br /> <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to this project and experience and qualifications of <br />subcontractors <br /> <br />• The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to the <br />management contract can be drawn. <br />• The composition of the staff team that will be assigned to the contract. <br />• The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract <br />• Their function in the company. <br />• The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br />• Experience and qualifications of staff and satisfactory record of performance of staff <br />• Each proposal must identify the name(s) and address(es) of all Subcontractors, suppliers <br />and other persons and organizations including those who are to furnish the principal <br />items of material and equipment. If requested by City after Bid Opening and before <br />Award, the successful bidder shall submit to City additional detail on any or all <br />Subcontractors or Suppliers including without limitation, pertinent information regarding <br />similar projects, and other evidence of qualification for each such Subcontractor, Supplier, <br />other persons or organization. <br /> <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br /> <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation must <br />reference: <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks. <br /> Overall organization to completing the project. <br /> Work plan explaining how they intend on meeting the established deadlines. <br /> Bidders are required to provide an Emergency Response Plan with 2 Hour Response for <br />emergency call-outs (submit with bid). <br /> Bidder shall specify on the attached Bid Form the estimated response/mobilization time <br />necessary to get crews working after contract award. <br /> Include information on Manufacturers' warranties <br /> Value engineering, if applicable <br /> Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) programs <br /> <br /> 5. Corporate Standing and Authorized Signatory <br /> <br />Respondent must demonstrate that the company is in good standing and that the person signing <br />this submittal is an Authorized Signatory on behalf of the respondent to sign bids, proposals, <br />negotiate and/or sign contracts, agreements, amendments and related documents to which the <br />respondent will be duly bound.
