Staffing <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to this project and experience and qualifications of <br />subcontractors <br />• The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to <br />the management contract can be drawn. <br />• The composition of the staff team that will be assigned to the contract. <br />• The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract <br />• Their function in the company. <br />• The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br />• Experience and qualifications of staff and satisfactory record of performance of <br />staff <br />• Each bid must identify the name(s) and address(es) of all Subcontractors, suppliers <br />and other persons and organizations including those who are to furnish the <br />principal items of material and equipment. If requested by City after Bid Opening <br />and before Award, the successful bidder shall submit to City additional detail on <br />any or all Subcontractors or Suppliers including without limitation, pertinent <br />information regarding similar projects, and other evidence of qualification for each <br />such Subcontractor, Supplier, other persons or organization. <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br />Bidder's approach to providing the services requested in this solicitation. <br />Corporate Standing and Authorized Signatory <br />Respondent must demonstrate that the company is in good standing and that the person <br />signing this submittal is an Authorized Signatory on behalf of the respondent to sign bids, <br />proposals, negotiate and/or sign contracts, agreements, amendments and related <br />documents to which the respondent will be duly bound. The respondent must provide a <br />copy of the State Certificate of good standing listing the officers of the company. If the <br />signatory is not one of the officers listed on the State Certificate, the respondent must <br />provide one of the following forms of evidence of Signatory Authority with its response: <br />a. A copy of firm's Articles of Incorporation listing the approved signatories of the <br />corporation; <br />b. A copy of a resolution listing the members of staff as authorized signatories for the <br />firm; and <br />c.
