Berkley Insurance Company has an A.M. Best rating of "A <br />+" (Superior) and a financial size of XV with a Treasury Listing of approximately $500 million. <br />We acknowledge and confirm that Berkley Surety has formed a relationship with The Stout Group, LLC to <br />provide surety credit. We will consider typical single bond requests in the amount of <br />$6 million and with an aggregate backlog totaling $12 million Individual bonds above the limits will be <br />favorably considered on the merits at the time of request. <br />The issuance of surety credit is a matter between the principal and surety and conditioned upon the <br />principal continuing to satisfy underwriting conditions at the time of a bond request.
