<br />Jose M Sanchez III, better known as Joey, has been the Managing Member/Chief Estimator/Sr. Project Manager
<br />of The Stout Group, LLC (Stout), an Engineering Construction Firm he started with his partner Yvette Zuluaga since
<br />May of 2012.
<br />Stout is Certified by Miami -Dade County (County) as a Minority and Women -Owned business (MBE/WBE), Small
<br />Business Enterprise (SBE) and by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as a Disadvantaged Business
<br />Enterprise (DBE).
<br />Since its inception, Stout's original scope of operations consisted primarily of Drainage and highway Construction.
<br />The company has worked for a vast array of clients. Stout is working as the Prime Contractor on Florida
<br />Department of Transportation (FDOT) projects. Other past clients are: Miami -Dade County Public Works, Miami
<br />Dade Water and Sewer Department, Miami Dade Transit, City of Hialeah Streets Department, City of Florida City,
<br />City of Borth Miami Beach, City of Miami Beach Capital Improvements, City of Hollywood Public Works, Town of
<br />Miami Lakes, City of Doral, City of Miramar, City of Miami Capital Improvements, Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority,
<br />City of South Miami, City of Plantation, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Army Corp of Engineers,
