Qualifications and Requirements <br /> <br /> Consultants failing to meet these requirements shall be deemed non-responsive. The <br />Consultant shall, at the time of Proposal submittal, time of award, and throughout the <br />duration of the Contract, continue to meet the following Criteria as stated in the Solicitation <br />Documents. <br /> <br />Each Consultant must: <br /> <br /> Firm must address the Minimum Qualification Requirements A – B, per Section <br />2.4 of RFP. <br /> <br /> Firms must be properly registered at the time of application to practice their <br />profession in the State of Florida and with the appropriate State Board governing <br />the services offered. Proposing Firm must be incorporated through Sunbiz with a <br />status of “Active. <br /> <br /> Provide an explanation of why the Consultant is the best qualified to perform the <br />contract and demonstrate its qualifications including an item-by-item disclosure <br />outlining how the firm meets or exceeds the requirements of this RFP. <br /> <br /> Include certifications and trainings. <br /> <br />6. References <br /> <br />The Consultant must provide three (3) verifiable references from municipalities/local <br />government/school board agencies for projects of similar scope as outlined in this RFP. Please <br />ensure the contact information provided is up to date and accurate. <br /> <br /> The information provided for the references must include: <br /> Name of the firm for which services were/or are being provided <br /> Name of reference (project manager) <br /> Type of account and services provided, the year services started and, if applicable, <br />ended. <br /> Phone number and updated e-mail address for reference (project manager). <br /> <br />7. Personnel Experience and Qualifications <br /> <br />Provide the following information: <br /> <br />a) Firm’s background, including the number of years the firm has been involved with disaster <br />debris monitoring; principals of the company; organization of the management team; and <br />the firm’s history and experience working with debris removal companies or major <br />subcontractor(s).
