For each <br />individual, include a resume that demonstrates the person’s knowledge and <br />understanding of the types of services to be performed. <br /> <br />c) Provide documentation that demonstrates the firm’s knowledge of Federal, State, and <br />local laws and regulations governing this type of work and familiarity with FEMA, NRcS, <br />FHWA, FDOT, FDEP and other Federal, State and local regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />d) Description of the firm’s experience and success in filling and receiving Federal (FEMA, <br />FHWA, etc.) and State reimbursements for disaster recovery work. <br /> <br /> Additionally, the proposal should specifically address: <br /> <br /> a. Data Management platform to be used and resulting report availability <br /> 1. Sample reports <br /> <br /> b. Other technology options and capabilities <br /> <br /> c. Personnel provided for: <br /> 1. TDMS locations <br /> 2. Field Monitors <br /> 3. Supervisory and Administrative Support <br /> 4. Consultant’s Project Manager assigned to the City <br />d. Equipment owned by consultant to be used under this contract <br />8. Project Understanding and Technical Approach <br />A. Provide a concise description of the approach and process the Contractor will employ <br />to successfully complete the work to be performed to include mobilization, <br />operational plans, work procedures, processing systems and any specific staffing or <br />equipment resources that will be employed by the Contractor to support the needs <br />and objective of the City. <br /> <br />B. Provide a statement demonstrating an understanding of the services and support <br />required by this RFP. State how the Contractor will approach the project and the <br />methodology to be used to perform the services described in the Scope of Services. <br />The technical approach should also outline the following: <br /> <br />1. Ability to manage activation of multiple contracts <br />2. Methods for mobilization/demobilization <br />3. Operational plans and work procedures <br />4. Documenting and resolving damages <br />5. Invoicing and data management <br /> <br />C. Typical Debris Management Site (DMS) Safety Plan and Operational Plan: Provide a <br />description of the firm’s typical DMS safety plan and operational plan. Any changes
